Applicants with an Alberta Childcare Certification are preferred but you can obtain your Childcare Assistant level through distance education while employed in the daycare. Current First Aid and Safe Food Handling Certificates are definite assets. Applicants must be at least 18, be legally entitled to work in Canada, and able to provide a clean RCMP and Child Welfare Clearance.
